Deep drawing of magnesium alloy workpieces


The deep-drawing forming of magnesium alloy workpieces is carried out in the hot state. In the hot state, the deep drawing rate of the magnesium alloy can reach 70%, and the reduction rate of more than 15% is called deep drawing. Different deep drawing reduction rates are available for small curvature plates. The deep drawing rate in production is seldom >15%. If rebound is considered, the maximum value is 12%, but there will be a small amount of back even at high temperatures. For the bomb, adding 1 percentage point to the full deep draw rate is sufficient to compensate for the rebound.
